What I like best about Rupali Beauty Parlour is the way the staff over there consults with you about your haircuts. Staff is very committed to giving you what you want. They asks lots of questions and will make suggestions, but will never push you to do something you don't want to do (though, the times I have taken her suggestions, my hair always looks even better than usual). I also really appreciate that they doesn't try to push any products on me. The salon itself is super nice, like everyone has said. They are very friendly and always ready to help and for suggestions also..OVERALL NICE EXPERIENCE...

WORST NIGHTMARE OF MY LIFE

WORST NIGHTMARE OF MY LIFE...i bought 2 coupons for this deal. i asked for hair wash,loreal hair spa,gold facial, pedicure and haircut. the parlor looked terrific from outside, when i stepped in i doubted if it is really a beauty parlon. couldnt see any equipment. some elctrical work is going on that might be the reason. but as i boked 2 days prior, they could have atleast intimated me to come on another day after the completion of electrical work. due to electrical work the machines wouldnt work. they used one machine at a time. let us go what happened step wise
1) HAIR WASH: As i chose loreal spa, i thot will be washed by loreal shampoo, instead they used pantene. but thats ok. she took a pea size amount shampoo and applied to my long volumous hair. therez no rubbing, just washed away straight.
2)HAIR SPA: I was given a combo and made to detangle my hair myself. then they applied some conditioner to my hair and let it stay all the 2hrs on my hair. as i insisted to put steam to my hair they gave me 10 mins steam at the end during which they burnt my middle finger while placing the steamer on my head.
3)GOLD FACIAL: applied some cleanser, no wiping. applied scrub over that. no massage, no tapping, no circles. just applying on my face and my forhead n neck dont come under my face. so those regions didnt even have the luxury of application. then she wiped off. in the mean while they pass over bowls of water over me while i lay there n not even a sorry after spilling water over me. then she dipped the brush in gold pack and applied dt single dip all over my face, surprisingly! later during my pedicure another girl came and wiped off that pack leaving patches of pack over my face which i ahd to come home and clean. oh i forgot. i was asked to getup and go stand and the power socket to get steam to my face
3)PEDICURE: do u even know that pedicure will be given to ownly ur feet andnot ur legs? ankle length pedicure. amazing!!!
4)HAIRCUT: THE WORST: after steam to hair my hair was washed and was given a haircut. do u remember i mentioned buying to coupons? i took my sister with me. she too opted for feather cut. she took haircut first. after seeing her hair, i was shocked. so i told the lady i dont need a blunt cut and i need sharp feathers. i even explained her how feathers look. she just ignored me and said "didi u already have a feather cut" and trimmed my hair which made it look worst. beacuse last time i took layers in the back and feathers in the front @Naturals parlor. she trimmed her way. after everything done looking into the mirror literally tears ran down my cheeks.

what a waste of time, money and my hair. i wish i havent ever been there. the girls have no respect and no decency. they keep on yelling at each other all the time. the lady who is in her late 30s addresses me as "didi" , who is 28. all the time i was rushed n forced to leave the parlor soon so that they can have their electrical work done. i seriously request you to post my review on that deal so that no one will have this kind of experience ever. I WISH THEREZ NEGATIVE RATING
