I ordered bunch of 10 pink ROSES & Chocolates for my MOM"s Bday, but they delivered mix of PINK & WHITE roses. The flowers were stale and badly packed. Not even a single flower was looking fresh.

These guys really do know to offer "VALUE FOR MONEY"

I had a bad experience with this website and will never use and recommend any one to order anything from here..

Bad experience

Even after reading bad reviews online, I chose to go with their services because one of my friends had recommended this website. I give this one star becase the rating can't go below odinary.

What a disappointing experience with BookMyFlowers. What you see is not what you get. 'Glass vase arrangements' are just a category and does not really mean that the flowers would get flowers the way you see them on the website; worse, you can't even trust the detailed deion alongside. The glass vase conveniently gets replaced with a tacky metal one.

A wide gap between what's promised and what gets delivered. This, accompanied by having to follow up for the order to get delivered to the right address, after receiving erroneous delivery confirmation email !

NO apology for sending in the metal vase when it was clearly written in the deion as Glass flower vase! Never will I use this website again!

Stale flowers, spoil the occasion

With my last order placed on mothers day, i have decided to never place any order again with this website.The flowers delivered were stale and not even one rose was fresh. It seemed like a 2 days old bunch of flower that was kept in sun all day.
Please DONOT order from this website, there are better websites available for same budget and with better services.
