Stayed at Ishwar Palace for 4 nights and it truly felt like home away from home. The owner and his family are so welcoming and accommodating. It's by far one of the best services I've received in India. The food is excellent and location is great, right in the center of the city along the water. Beautiful rooftop views! I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Not perfect, but great for the price for middle class family. Room is very clean and tidy, nicely furnished. Bathroom is good, hot water available with good pressure........eventually! Staff (family-run) friendly and helpful, particularly the young guy working there. Breakfast available on the rooftop which was very good. Laundry service easy, cheap and good standard, however not available same day.

Hotel Ishwar Palace is a very refurbished hotel..It has nice lawn in front of the hotel .The Food at the hotel especially the Indian menu is very good. The rooms are basic and standard.

The hotel is neat and clean and bathrooms are really very neat. This is a guest house style hotel, not a fancy room service place. But great value for money. And we liked the food from the roof terrace restaurant, not fast but freshly prepared.
