Cheap Quality Product

Hi,<br><br>I am Rajesh Dwivedi from Dwarka, Delhi. I bought a bag from bag zone, select city walk mall, Delhi in June last year. In just 3 months from then i started facing issues which was actually manufacturing fault. I spoke to the seller and they told I can go to Pacific Mall and get it checked. I did so. Person there at pacific mall told me that there is a big issue with this specific bag and they are constantly getting complaints for this model. Issue i was facing was threads coming out of my bag which was actually making it look cheap. That guy did a temporary repair and told me if this issue is not fixed I can go for replacement.<br><br>Issue was not fixed, and by that time it's leather handle also had some cracks. I was highly upset with all this. I walked up to select city walk store and that guy told me they cant replace it.<br><br>I am very clear on this. I want replacement else i will be left with no other option than spoiling your image all around. Poor Rating and behaviour of Staff is poor. Service is Poor. Do not have sense. Misbehave with Customer. I given for zip change, they change after regular follow-up I went twice for the same and at the same time they broken the back seat and denying the same.

Staff is not have courtesy. He is nonsense.
