Stargaze Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is an initiative to build a business around the film exhibition opportunity in India. We are, via multiple development models creating a multiplex operation and management business under the brand GLITZ Cinemas, targeting the core movie viewing demographic. Our goal is to establish GLITZ Cinemas as the leading multiplex cinema chain for emerging India, delivering international cinema experience based on our strategy to identify an optimum and profitable cinema configuration and create regional strangleholds while developing national presence. Founded by Capital 18, the private equity arm of the Network 18 Group and Sumant Bhargava, the company commenced commercial operations in July 2008. In the three years since our inception, we are entertaining more than 2 million viewers in 8 cities across more than 5,747 seats. The confidence and response in these emerging cities has been immensely encouraging and we are growing to another 4 cities within this year. The three cornerstones of our offering - GLITZ LOUNGE, GLITZ MAX and GLITZ 3D offer the ubiquitous Gold Class with flat bed recliners, exclusive waiting lounge & personalized service; a large 50feet screen for enhanced viewing pleasure and 3D for greater cinematic visual experience respectively....
