Katra continental is a nice and clean hotel, located about 200 meters from the main market area. About the hotel, staff is cooperative and hotel in itself is well maintained. Restaurant is fine, food is of good taste, only one complaint that I have is regarding the room service, they take a lot of time for it, be ready for atleast an hour after you have ordered. At one instant it took them almost 1hour and 35 mins to get my food. I had already fallen asleep waiting for the food.

It was an experience staying in the beautiful and holy place of KATRA, The room was preety good and hotel closnes was very good. I would like to mention that room given to us in second floor was somewhat stinky, which put us off, we then asked for a different room. One thing also is to note that, there was some problem with life , we had no other chance but to use stairs every time. overall the saty was good, Morning breakfast was very good

Superb service, Good food and very clean rooms. We did not have a single complaint suring our stay. At the start of katra, very calm place. they make all the arrangments for your visit to devi ma temple. All in all good experience.

Katra Continental Decent rooms, clean bathroom, lil expensive as compared to others in the vicinity. The staff can do a bit better with their customer service (like we were made to wait for 15 mins on arrival just because the front desk wanted to confirm our booking with a colleague!! O and they dint offer a seat for the first 10 mins!

Have been a couple of times here. This place has a pretty nice ambience. The ambience feels great during dinner.Although once, I remember visiting during lunch, the place felt quite gloomy. Nevertheless, the crew is quite nice.
