it was a good deal...but the guy at the ccd outlet was very confused about it... earlier he said that the free drink has to be the same one.....it cant be a different one... then he said that the size of the drink should be regular only as this is not applicable on large drink.... he himself was not aware of this deal..later he enquired about it..& was very much confused. he also stated that this deal is valid only on hot drinks whereas we had coupons for both hot drinks deal & cold beverages deal. overall the experience with ccd outlet was disappointing...!!!

twice i had a problem that they denied me ice cream and other items which are usually provided with in coffee cafe nirvana

Most of the time the eatables are not available. The coffees are good. Stay away from the food. The staff needs more training.

food is not good. coffee is too expensive. most places service isnt great and no washrooms. tea is very bad. the food menu and items can be revamped.

ambiance is too loud... Tailor it according to area.. Loud ambiance may work for places frequented by youngsters. for residential areas, try to have an ambiance that barista used to have (before it got acquired)

CCD, prices in menu are different as they do not include taxes and VAT, so that was a problem, rest things were ok.

Im a frequent visitor to CCD, but, somehow, have not still been able to accept their change over to the prepaid order system, which also deprives the service boys of their tips.

depends on different outlets for the service I could not make use of the vouchers as the validity period was too short

It is a great experience visiting CCD. I enjoy grilled sandwitches and coffee capuccino. Lovely ambience,good crowd and relaxing environment.
