This is a nice hotel with nice & courteous staff.The rooms are a good size and well appointed.Breakfast was good with a number of different options as well as the quality.The hotel is very close to all the main attraction of the city.

Good hotel, rooms maintained well, food was good but would have preferred non-veg too. Staff response was quick and friendly. Location is excellent. Have recommended to friends. Would definitely visit again.

Staff is quite friendly, specially the Manager. Very prompt room service. Rooms are quite clean and spacious. Warm water available in the bathroom.We recommend this hotel due to its extremely good location.

The hotel has a very good valley view, and it is close to the ridge and markets. Room is spacious and toillet is clean. Our room had a balcony with very good view. Very good budget rate, value for money.

The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The service was also good. The hotel rooms have a good view. Room service is limited and for lunch and dinners you have to step out of the hotel.

The rooms are grand. The hotel decore is outstanding (old world style). The restaurants at the Imperial are outstanding. It strongly recomment Spice Route. We also had SPA treatments at their newly renovated SPA. It was one of the best SPA experiences I have...

We loved everything about this hotel. It has a great feel for it. The building is beautiful and the hotel is small and intimate yet very spacious. The owners and staff are amazing - warm, considerate and very helpful. The food was great and the place smelled wonderful! The location is great too.

I went there with my friends on a trip. We stayed in white lily in month of November 2012. Stay was pleasant and comfy. Hotel is at nice location nearby to market and staff is very nice and friendly.
Excellent stay. Clean and cozy rooms with nice view . TV , AC was working fine and food was cheap and of good quality. All in all a very nice stay.
