Wrong information on the deal

I bought a deal from My dala from this shop. I went to the shop to finalize the design and to my shock i was told that this deal only covers outline only. Mr Vijay Sharma from dragon tattoo also told me that pictures , portraits are also not covered in this deals , only designs are covered . When i asked why wasn't that mentioned in the deal , I was told that Mydala was told about the terms and conditions but they choose not to display them on the portal. I was also told that it is a common practice which everyone adheres to. I was told that i will have to pay INR 2850 if I want to get my choice of design made ( Same size given in the deal). The deal also says Black or Any color but Mr Vijay Sharma says that for colors the charges are extra. I feel cheated and I want to register my complaint with this portal through which the deal was taken. I would request you to black list this vendor or henceforth give clear cut terms and conditions so that the users can take a proper decisions.
