i am immediately impressed by the warmth of the welcome, ease of check-in and the efficiency they dealt with enquiries. My room was spacious and contained everything a traveller needs.

The overall experiance is very good. The staff is very good. One thing i find unique is that at every touch point there is a mecanish of feedback. As i check in , got call from customer service desk regarding welcome, hotel services and any other help required.The food is also good.

The hotel from outside looks okay with a nice garden and a good reception area. But rooms aren't very nice. The room looked like those typical government budget hotels lacking maintenance and upkeep.

Good lawn in the front , and free Wi - Fi connectivity in the rooms is another good point about this hotel .
Although the rooms are OK , the toilets need to be better in my opinion.

It is a nice hotel , well located . However , there is not a good view from the hotel rooms . The staff and services are very nice and friendly . The food quality , I would say is not very good . It is just OK

The hospitality was awesome and I could see smiles all over. The rooms are comfortable and spacious and offers all the comfort that you need. The most important part was food, it was really delicious specially the breakfast.

hotel staff are friendly and cooperatve.room was neat and clean.food was good.The hotel has a decent restaurant serving a range of basic Indian dishes as well as a selection of Western and Chinese dishes,the quality of food is recommendable.

the shower area was flooding while having bath,the wash basin tap had no filter, the bed was quite uncomfortable, the tiles in shower area need pointing.
