As promised amenities were same as we have seen while booking like wi fi connectivity and hot/cold water. The most good part was service and food but they need to provide some uniforms to their staff. Overall we stayed there for 20 days and recommended our collegues also this hotel and booked four rooms and i would like to say that this is a good option for people looking budget accomodation.

Booked this hotel through irctc website for 1 day and Visited Chandigarh on a company official tour. Check in this hotel and felt a bit dissappointed about the reception area but the rooms were much better,comfortable and spacious than other budget hotels in chandigarh as we used to stay hotel akashdeep, landmark.

Hotel may not look so good from entrance but the place is clean & nice; with good staff. The rooms are clean & comfortable to stay. The washrooms are spacious and hot water is available 24 hrs.

The hotel has excellent room service and that too very quickly. All the staffs associated with the hotel were very friendly with smiling faces througout my stay. The staffs never said no to anything.
In room wi-fi, 24 hrs. hot water, dish/satellite connections (TATA SKY) in every room, fully furnished rooms and clean bathrooms and new laundry every day.

Bains Regency

It was my fifth staying in this hotel. And as it was before my perceptions were different. On the one hand this is a big pretty comfortable hotel within walking distance from the slopes. We had prepaid half board and the food was grate. What was disappointing? Unfortunately such big hotel, as a rule, can not offer a personal approach. My expectations are pretty simple.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Bains regency - the service was great, the quality of food was fantastic, the rooms were extremely pleasant and the location is fantastic. The staff was very friendly and efficient and went out of their way to make sure everything was meeting our expectations. Breakfast offering is amazing.

There is no resturant , no shopping centre inside the Hotel as shown in the site.
Quite disappointing.Hotel staff is good but room service is really late
the Front desk lady is very co-operative but other male staff need to really be more co-operative .

It was my first trip to Katra, i was travelling from Hyderabad solo. Katra Continental made my trip comfortable my making all arrangements in advance, Car driver who came to pick me up from jammu airport almost waited for 6 hours, since my flight got delayed at Delhi. Hotel is very hygienic with large rooms, service is really good & food is nice. They made arrangement to drop & pick me up from yatra parchi counter.

Katra Continental has been a good overall experience for us.
The rooms are good, clean and comfortable. Hotel staff is very friendly and helping. Food has been good and reasonably priced. The hotel has free pick up and drop to Banganga, the place from where yatra starts. Room tariff is also reasonable, although you might have to negotiate a bit. Overall is was a good value for money.

We only stayed here overnight but found the place a bit noisy. There seemed to be large groups of people in the foyer all the time. They were talking very loudly and it sounded like they were shouting at each other. There were never ending bus loads of people coming and going. Kwality Restaurant

The restaurant located on East Street in Pune has a reputation for quality food, service and ambience. The seating is comfortable, the AC just right. The restaurant has a good bar, but the rates are on the higher side. We had Reshami Kebabs, Malai Kebabs, Rara Chicken and Lasngatta Paneer with rotis. While the kebabas were delicious and melted in the mouth, the paneer dish was mouth watering.
