Nice ambiance, well trained & behaved staff . I had come for a makeover and got a fantastic look by the hair team.. The service prices are also reasonable :) I will definitely recommend people to visit Lakme Salon Bhayander west.

Dont TRY LAKME SALON ROURKELA . I had a very miserable experence . miserably burnt by waxing just due to neglience of the staff .
Staff are not to be trusted.i would go to a roadside salon but not these one .
I had heard about its hair cutting but after waxing . I m in love with my hairs very much and i dont trust anyone to give my hairs to misuse and harm it .
Not a SAFE PLACE to go for your beauty .BEAWARE..

Their "hair stylist" called Rahul, firstly did not understand the kind of haircut required. Frustrated with his incapability showed rudeness in his behavior, followed by NOT conditioning hair after shampooing(charged for it), chopped off a layer of hair in the middle of no whr, and the most horrific experience was the way he****dried my hair, pulling my head and hair like an absolute FREAK. Such people are not even capable of being a barber in a roadside saloon, leave alone a luxury Salon! Lakme hiring such inexperienced, mentally ill people as their stylists is absolutely disgraceful!

I was planning to goto to Lakme salon tomorrow, infact I had a word on pH with someone in Lakme salon . I thought before stepping out i should see reviews first n After reading so many negative comments about the staff n their behaviour, I have changed my mind. I would go for a different parlour.

Very poor pathetic service.
Messed up my hair. After my visit my hair has become dry, dead and resulted in a Lot of hair loss
Don't ever risk your hair and skin with Lakme Aurangabad.
Even after talking to the owner - they were least bothered to finalise a solution.

I often come to this outlet to get skin care services done<br>Ambiance of the studio is good and relaxing<br>Services given by Miss Nidhi were excellent and were really stress relieving <br>I like her way of dealing her clients<br>She is very gentle during conversation<br>Pedicure done by Bablu was really satisfying<br>Amazing job

Had booked an appointment on phone for a fruit facial and I had specifically asked if they will use fresh fruits only as I have a very sensitive skin .When I reached the parlour, the staff kept suggesting that I should go for organic cream facial ,she was very reluctant about using the fresh fruits and said that she will have to buy the fruits .They have booked my appointment couple of hours ago and haven't prepared for the facial .The staff had a very bad attitude and simply denied for the service when I insisted for fresh fruits.
Anybody who has sensitive skin should simply stay away frm this particular lakme branch as the staff wants to give the service which they prefer And not what the customer s skin demands . Moreover the attitude of the staff is a very bad .I have been to Bangalore and Mumbai lakme branches and hAve always had a lovely experience but this lakme branch is a big turn off for loyal customer like me .

This particular Lakm Bhandup Branch is just not good.. the staffs are super rude and unprofessional. I went for my wedding to book an appointment for my facial n bridal look.. just seeing the staff unpolite and unprofessional. They just don't seem interested to work.. n I just walked out.. then recently I went for my haircut.. A hairstylist job is to listen to customer about their look and cut it accordingly.. she first didn't wash my hair.. whr as it's a part of haircut to wash condition and then haircut.. She never did anything and as I suggested her about the look I wanted .. she just said I'm sorry I don't know..and I walked out again.. I wonder why went there in the first place.. I have been to Mulund branch and I think they are always busy and Bhandup branch has no customer. Coz the staff here are very unprofessional and least bothered to work. I don't recommend Lakm Bhandup branch

Lakme Salon in Tilak Nagar Kanpur is possibly the worst lakme. Really rude, cunning and argumentative staff. They don't treat you nicely at all. Anything you ask, they try to intimidate by ganging up on you and give non-related arguments. Even after the bride had already booked her package 3 months ago, they kept trying to coerce her into a more expensive package even till right before her make-up on her wedding day. When she went for the first time they didn't tell her all the details about what is included and what's not and later told her when she had already paid.
If that was not enough, they DO NOT do a good job of make-up or hair do either. They boast that they are using Mac make-up and blah blah blah, but the bride's make-up started moving out of her smile lines within a couple of hours after make- up and her lipstick was spreading all over her face by just the touch of her nose ring. They didn't have any eyelash curler at the trial, so we brought our own and they didn't even know to use it. While making the hair-do, they were trying to just clip the hair without even cleanly brushing the hair and were making excuses. Except face, they didn't even apply any foundation to the brides, back or waist until we asked for it. They were trying to cut all the possible corners and charge very high for that. They don't even complete the work timely. The bride was sitting and waiting every now and then, which eventually got the bride very late.
Overall, very bad experience and I would never go there again. I really hope Lakme would do something about these people. I can't imagine what can be worse than just to get a make-up you get coerced, argued, treated rudely, ganged-up on and charged very high for really substandard work.

You people doesn't support customers who come for small service? Worst ever service.
Local and others brands are better. Great staff of your care only about money. I went for facial and other services I got good treatment I went for eyebrows and that lady is so busy looking herself in middle and by the time I open my eyes she is at bill counter.. Dint clean face no cream applied.. Minimum service will be expected. Shame of your brand keeping this type of staff. I said I need only one service your staff gave a wired look.. Pathetic service ever.
