Xperia the family salon is very very gud in beauty nd hair servies.I love it the facial way they are doing, fully relaxing & Glowing my face. they are use very gud products for facial with machine treatment. my face will glow is amazing nd plus point is that ther facial charge also so noamal. They are give me full relaxing massage they tried live a very homely nd polaytly. i rally love with xperia salon me nd my all family nd friend's are going in xperia the family salon regularly . i rally say to thanxs all staff they are very gud. thanx a lot all .

VERY POOR SERVICE. WORSE THAN ROADSIDE SALONS. I just went here for a haircut. When i saw this salon i taught it was a pretty decent place, Loreal certified and all. When I entered the were no other customers, so basically the staff were free and not supposed to be in a hurry. When I sat down i specifically said not to use the hair trimming machine. After 2 snips at the sides, when i said i need it a lil shorter, he takes the machine and runs it at the sides and back of my head like a lawn mower. The rest of the hair cut proceeded at lighting speed as the the barber was in a hurry to finish the work and get back to passing time. Totally disappointed (as I got a haircut way below standard for a salon like this), I give him my feedback only to hear ' Koi Baat Nahi'. His expression was like he didn't care and I could go to hell. It didn't matter to him whether a customer was happy or no (I suppose he still gets a salary) After this the receptionist or whoever that lady hands me a visiting card when I ask for the owners number. Turns out the number was hers itself. When I go back to get the owner's number they ignore me and pretend to be busy. I have got to normal salons that charge half the price and got better service. Im not going back here again and would suggest that others go to normal salons too. I just hope the owner reads this so that he/she knows whats going on at this place.
