High Quality Products

I choose this website for online shopping of products like furniture, glass and kitchen. I ordered 6 pieces of glass and they were delivered on time. Their delivery is very fast, which attracts the customer to shop frm this website more often. The packing of product was also very good. Though the drawback was that it provides less discount offers as compared to other online shopping websites. But that's not a big issue for me as I had bought the coupon frm mydala. Overall its nice site to get high quality products.

Good Products with Bad policy

The website hosts a lot of good products, at least the images on display are great. But, the return policy for the non-furniture items is not so customer-friendly. I have had bad experience about purchase of some non-furniture items, that the product was not as depicted in the picture, and it was so bad experience, that I had resolved to never purchase with pepperfry again. One of the housekeeping item I received was in very bad condition and looked used, however, they accepted the return this time, but after a lot of enquiry. It seems, they are not willing to accept a return at all for the non-furniture items.
