Great Service

Recently we went for Arogyam 1.2 tests for me and for my wife. Reports are normal and they deliver on time. They charged Rs.1200 (1 1) offer. I enquired in other labs; they asked 2500 per each person for these tests. Overall experience is good with Thyrocare. Most affordable charges on all health plans in Thyrocare. When we compare with other labs thyrocare charges very less price and high quality. I am very satisfied with their service and for accurate results in very good printed docs and pdfs through email.

Thyrocare lab is a good lab.I lives in Bandra west and I called the Thyrocare lab and asked them to do my family's first level test at my place at 4 o'clock .So, the guy from Thyrocare lab came to my house at the given time and with all the equipment and did the full body check-up at my place and the test were arranged in a good manner and with good instruments
and we got completed all the first level test very easily. I must say their say their services are super-fast and too good. Highly recommended.

One day I booked online a health checkup packages from website namely www.thyrocarecheckup.com then I got call from the company and next day morning blood sample has been collected from my home itself and after 2/3 days test report also has been sent to me through email..On showing the test report to Dr it was quite satisfactory so I would recommend the name of above website for online health checkup packages because Thyrocare is best lab which provides better service at affordable cost.

Worst Experience

Dont buy any deals for health and services online and if buying read reviews.

Paid money but didnot received service, I was given incorrect address of collection centre and was asked to pay 200/- Rs for home service.

I asked for refund buy still no reply.

I read somewhere that they also fail in giving correct reports and technician are not experienced

Nothing less than any goverment organization took money not giving service. It will definitely make you more angry, dont go for it

A had a pathetic experience with Thyrocare. Had gone to them for my moms complete body checkup and they eventually refised to get the reports home delivered. Also nobody picks the call for any enquiry. I requested to get the reports emailed which they initially promised but after repeated requests they declined. Then I escalted the matter and finally I got the reports thru email, but vene then the report quality after printing was not very clear. The after sale service is lacking with Thyrocare - whcih i think they shud work upon to be a leader in their segment. Thank you Punkaj
