Simply love this website and the stores. Have been a regular customer of ferns and petals and have never been disappointed with any of the services that they have given. It was my friend's birthday bash and I wanted to gift him a bouquet with some different gifts as I was out of state and contacted ferns and petals and made the payment with mydala voucher I have. Without any delay or any questions the gift was delivered to my friend exactly at 12 o clock on his door steps and he was surprised and called me up. As soon as I spoke to him the very next day I called the company and thanked them because gifting someone is good and gifting it on a particular time is what it all matters and thank you so much ferns and petal for this wonderful experience.

I love ferns and petal for having vast array of flowers for all the occasions and especially I love their rose collection. I ordered flowers from them for special occasion and at the time of receiving I got surprised with their wow packing and nice collection. I love the way they have categorized their sections into day wise for each occasion. If you wanted to buy something special for your loved ones than this is the one stop destination.

Horrible service fnp rourkela

I ordered for boquet two times from rourkela and the experience was really bad, even the behaviour of the owner was not good. They take advance money but do not supply the proper boquet as promised and also do not talk properly.........same happened with my friends also........NOT A GOOD BRANCH IN ROURKELA

Horrible Service from FNP Tirupati branch

Horrible Service. Have been ordering with Ferns n Petals since past 5 years in other cities. First time used their Tirupati branch. Ordered flowers, cake and soft toy as an anniversary gift, 5 days before the date.

Now that day no delivery even in the evening. Got a mail that they are changing the cake flavor. No calls from them asking me if I was fine with the change. Called them up - okay fine, just deliver whatever you have.

Still by late evening no delivery - mailed them - got standard response that they will deliver for sure. Waited for few hours. Called them up at 9 in the night. No delivery and still the same response of getting it delivered. As per their policy it has to delivered latest by 9 PM. What is the use of delivering when the whole family is asleep and entire day has passed.

Will never order from fnp again for sure. Faced a lot of trouble and upset moods because of late delivery.
