Hi, am Hardik, 16 year old studying in 11th standard. At the outset, i wish to say, we are a team of amateurs, who wish to learn from consumers and share it with consumers. I have grown seeing my parents selling/learning/sharing baby products at there shop for last 12 years. Each customer was taken seriously by my parents, for example, if our consumer wanted to buy milk bottles for there 2 year old child, then they will discourage them and instead of selling 4 milk bottles will sell 1 weaning bottle, i used to think, my parents have lost sales, but to my surprise, i saw the same customer coming to our shop for years. So my first lesson, honesty pays. Similarly which breast pump and why ? Not the costliest as the benchmark, but looking at the needs of the consumers. Should we buy a pushchair or a pram at 3 months ? So there are thousands of questions in our consumers mind, which my parents used to answer easily and when i ask them from where did they get the knowledge.. "our customers" was the answer I got. So i wish to share that with all of my customers through this online store. We offer some services which can be very very beneficial for you. For example assembly of products like prams and strollers in front of you for just ₹150. Yes we do sell all over India (except a few places) but our main focus right now is to sell in Delhi and provide full satisfaction to our customers Yes i believe our rates have to be cheapest or at par with other online sellers. I mean that is given. So even in case you have purchased from somewhere else and we sell/know that particular brand/product then we will like to serve you, by assembling that product.
