I feel like I treat myself when I come here, even for waxing which isn't always a pleasure. The atmosphere, scents, lighting and the staff make it feel like a luxury but at the same time affordable.

Royal salon

I bought a mydala deal for The Royal Enrich salon. After that I booked my appointment. It was a pretty good salon where you will get what you want. The salon has a nice interior. I was there for clean-up, waxing and pedicure. When I entered salon I was taken to a small room for waxing and cleanup.The beautician who was with me was very friendly. She completed my waxing very smoothly. And my clean-up was amazing. She suggested me various method to make my face clean. I am very satisfied with my clean-up.

Enrich Salon & Academy my only Choice

Amazing beauty care services and such a talented group of beauticians and stylists at Enrich Salon & Academy. The salon's friendly staff treats me like I am the most special person. You will totally get pampered and won't regret it. They use high-end beauty products and I wouldn't go anywhere else. On top of that the atmosphere is fun and I enjoy visits to Enrich Salon.

good but many things need to improve

My experience was ok ok.services are good but staff generally engage in gossiping all the time.they believe in completing the services rather than delivering it in quality way.and the towels, sponge, clothes all are unhygienic.they argue a lot with clients and they bring creams in tray so we can't even see the quality of their products.but their hair stylist person is very nice.it is becoz of him i found their services nice

The Royal Enrich offers really good deals at affordable prices. Their service is impeccable and the ambiance is really peaceful. The workforce is friendly and helpful with an amazing bunch of knowledgeable staff which give you a VIP treatment. I had a great time and would suggest everyone to visit the place.

I am pretty disappointed! PATHETIC service. First of all they try to sell smoothening and other services to you saying how your hair quality is bad etc. Then they don't have adequate staff and it is always a long wait before things get started here. Then the staff is rude, not accommodating, does not value customer's time. The only saving grace is that the hair dressers are good. But I would not recommend this place because of the poor service.

Pathetic Saloon in East Delhi

The most pathetic saloon that I have ever been to with miserable front office and least experienced staff.
My experience at Royal enrich was too bad in terms of services and personalised attention.
I personally suggest not to visit this saloon....coz services here are in pathetic state of affairs.
There is nothing royal and enriching about this salon.

never recommended..they are just mending money

pathetic staff & service. i will never recommend this parlor to anyone! i have once taken there MAC party makeup & they used all the mix brands slotted in a box . moreover, the nail polish they applied was of such a lowest quality like that of a roadside, it was pealing off constantly during the party. horrible makeup & they also added hidden charges in hairstyle which were not at all discussed earlier. in facial they massage face for hardly 5-7 minutes for which they assure the glow lasting for 2weeks which was misleading & the facial glow was not even visible on the next day morning. this parlor is just mending money with there welcoming smiles.

RECOMMENDABLE.

Services were excellent... out of expectation, as whenever we get promotional offers we think that services will not be with best suitable products n all.. but trust me . i personally been there and enjoyed the services. staff is also very polite and amazing.
The Royal Enrich is RECOMMENDABLE.

Details incomplete

Deal doesn't have complete details which brand products they will use secondly they put creams in tray so coustomer have perception they might be using local brand.moreover staff always after consumer you can add this product by paying more this is not good you should offer deal which is incomplete or not having good brand but don't force customer to pay extra it generally happens in facial deals .for more feedback call me9868434302
