The ceremonial Wazwan is served in intricately carved platters called 'taramis' as you sit on the comfortable cushions.
WAZA Started in 1983 as a catering venture to cater to the demand of authentic kashmiri food in Jammu city. With cooks trained in dishing out relishing kashmiri dishes it quickly found a flavour with the people. With the changing dinning habits in the metro cities where people tend to go out for dinning and try different food, we saw an opportunity to bring this unique Kashmiri cuisine to Delhi. Delhi operations were started in 2011 with opening of our first restaurant at Malviya Nagar. With a dedicated team of 12 cooks, brought from Jammu & Kashmir, it did not take us long to start a take away counter at CR park in first six months itself. Two more branches followed in Gurgaon and still more coming in various places of NCR....
