Recently visited Naturals saloon. I was very much happy with the services. Appreciate the team and management. Would be coming regularly frm now on wards. The ambiance and the approach of the staff are worth commendable.

Very worst service. Waste of money. I went for a eyebrow threading & Hair cut. i asked for a layer cut. But she completely messed up my long hair to verrrrrry short. she doesn't know even to wash the hair, she spilled water inside my ears, on my face. And the another girl, Threaded my eye brows each one in different shape & the next day i was shocked to see my face. It got fully wounded on forehead & near eye brows.
All girls there are trainees, They are getting trained using us. Very bad service & hair cut, I have ever had such worst experience.

I don't find it hygienic and not recommended if your going in an offer they vl not treat u well, as priority is low.

I count believe that being a beautician cant able to eyebrow properly, my eyebrows was horribly done after finishing it she is asking me either is good or not, though i have already mention my shape is not proper , so do properly not made think, that girl made it thin horrible shape , dnt knew y she made me cartoon, or ppl are not at all professional, this way things work , natural will close so soon, sorry to say that, i will never visit that salon anymore in life. horrible, when she understood its become horrible she not even ask its fine or not,
pathetic. New to Chennai thought to go to renowned palour, its better road side palour. i will never come back, not suggest anyone to come back. sorry

Worst parlour employees. Person did not know how to do eyebrows. She spoiled my eyesbrow shape and drpped some powder into my eyes. I complaint about this to their manager. He said he will tc about this issue and it won't happen again . Point is they don't hire efficient employees. I prefer going to small parlour

very bad service. They won't respond in time.I wont recommend for any body. At the last peak moment they said they cant offer their service for marriage even after taking advance of Rs.5000/- prior 2months of booking. They are money minded and are playing with the emotions of customers*****service

Ramakrishna Road

I had gone for hair cut in naturals salem, Ramakrishna road,along with two more people. The price that they told us was 550 being a member but later on I was charged 800 stating that its a creative cut which was not informed. And they gave irrelevant reason for wrong charge. No responsible person to answer or apologies. lady at entrance said to speak to hair stylist. Highly disappointed. Salem branch is not as great as other branches. Never ever gonna come back. Its a matter of money but service

Awful services. I went for the first time to this Naturals Salon & Spa and had my worst experience, as they burnt my nose during the face clean up. The waxing of my nose and then applying face pack brought dark red bruises on my nose. Moreover, they had arguments regarding this but didn't provide and deductions or help. I hated the experience.

Greater Kailash Part 1

One of my favourite hair salons in the city. My highlights are perfectly created and the keratin treatment takes out the entire frizz in my hair. I've tried a variety of stylists here and it's always been a great experience.
